I ordered a three pack of bidet hose sets from this company. The ad stated repeatedly that everything in the pictures was included. It also stated that the installation would be possible in five minutes. It neglected to mention that an additional plumbing part must be purchased in order to do the the installation. My package arrived without the wall mounts in the pictures. I contacted the company and they said those were not supposed to be in the package. I sent them a copy of the original ad and they conceded that the mounts were to be included, but now needed a photo to prove I did not receive them. I sent them the photo and they offered me three dollars reimbursement to purchase three new mounts. I stated that the mounts will cost me at least $30 to purchase here and that I would prefer they send me the mounts. They refused and said I could return the product for a full refund, but I would have to pay the full price of the return shipping. In all, a really rotten experience. As the product is also plastic, I will be throwing it away. Be very wary of anything to do with Rainbulb or their sister companies.
