Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I waited 8 months for my last order! (TOP*******483) I can't imagine being a professional athlete...Disaster. I thought it might happen one day, but my next order (TOP*******011) is already two months after payment and still no tracking number available. They haven't sent it yet and they don't know when they will sent it. This company never again and I paid for express delivery which was more expensive than the products ordered!
Below is the last email they sent a month ago...again no info. About when it will be delivered...not even a tracking number yet...definitely don't recommend. It would be enough for me if they wrote, for example, that it will come in a year. At least some date...
Robin...GUYS TODAY IS 12/12/2022 I created an order, paid and until today 3/9/2024 I have no goods. I replied to the email about which the gentleman writes below on 8/22/2023 and still no reply. He said that I should choose goods worth 109 EUR. But I sent them EUR 169! I will keep you posted on how it goes, be careful with this company! R
