Used my cash ap card at Walmart at the self checkout - could not complete transaction for some reason so I cancelled the transaction for which I was given a receipt that clearly said cancelled and I used a different card to pay. Next morning I get a notice that my card had been used to not only pay for the transaction at Walmart but cash back as well. I immediately went to Walmart and manager told me I had to contact cash ap. I contact cash ap and my claim is denied even tho I uploaded the receipt showing I cancelled the transaction. I escalated the claim to a supervisor and again denied - not given a reason mind you - just flat out denied. So I pulled my money out and closed acct and will NEVER use cash ap again and will warn anyone I can to beware of this crooked company.
