My t-shirts haven't even arrived yet and I already know I'm NOT using their services again.
Unlike every other seller on the internet you failed to mark the parcel as a gift resulting in me paying 25% on top of what I ordered not to mention getting to wait an extra week or so for it to clear customs...
Luckily there are plenty other t-shirt selling sites that DO care about their overseas customers.

That delay can happen whether or not an item is marked as a gift. RE Customs Forms: We follow federal and international laws on customs forms. We do this because we care about our international customers. It's against the law to falsify the form and mark your shipment as a gift.
