I very much like the content of the website. I have been able to change my resume to suit the individual cover letters and resume to suit each potential employers.
I had some technical difficulties on the website, however. There was no live chat; I filled out the form to request an email reply, and the submit button did not work. I called Customer Service. The CSR asked me for my name although I gave it to him upon connection. I needed to repeat my account# 2 or more times. Get a pen!
