I have 2 smart tv's with over the air antennas that deliver a perfect picture. I hooked up the 4th generation tablo device to both tv's and it doesn't work at all. Tried several times over a few days to contact their support to resolve this but never could get through and speak with someone. Probably spent as much as 3 hours on hold over these days trying to get through to them. Recorded voice says its 10-15 minutes wait time, but an hour goes by with no one picking up on the other end. I requested to return the device by email and get a refund, but they are not responding. Bad deal all around.
