I ordered a Black Hookah with a Smoked out base glass. When I received it the item was broken. I contacted SouthSmoke and the quickly sent a replacement glass base. However, the replacement item was NOT the same as the original, it was a clear base and not matching. I called to ask that the exchange the replacement base and they would not do so without trying to make me pay both the return shipping and new shipping charge. So I am stuck with an non-matching base.
