I HAVE OWNED A BODY SHOP FOR 40 YEARS AND DONE MANY CUSTOMS, A LOT OF LOWERED S10 PICKUPS & BLAZERS. I DECIDED TO TRY THERE LOWERING PKG. ON MY OWN 2002 S10 PICKUP THAT ONLY HAS 40,000 MILES ON IT BECAUSE THE A ARMS LOOKED NICE, WHEN I GOT THEM I NOTICED THAT THEY HAD GREASE ZIRKS ON ALL BUSHINGS, NICE BUT THAT THE BALL JOINTS HAD NONE. WELL I PUT THE KIT ON HAD IT ALIGNED WELL TRIED TO AND AFTER 2 ALIGNMENTS THE STILL COULD NOT GET THE CORRECT CASTER SET. I HAVE DRIVEN THIS TRUCK ONLY ABOUT 1,200 MILES AND IT RIDES VERY ROUGH COMPARED TO OTHER BRANDS, ALSO THIS MORNING I GOT IT OUT OF STORAGE FOR A LITTLE DRIVE GOT ABOUT A MILE FROM HOME HIT A SMALL BUMP AND THE DRIVERS SIDE BALL JOINT CAME APPART LETTING ME SKID DOWN THE ROAD AND OF THE SHOLDER. NOT GOOD I, M GLAD THAT I WAS NOT DRIVING 55 MPH. I TOLD MY FRIEND ABOUT IT & HE REMINDED ME ABOUT HIS THAT DID THE SAME THING ALONG WITH THE SHOCK MOUNT ON HIS COMING APART. SO NOW IM INTO A TOW BILL PLUS I WILL HAVE TO PULL BOTH BALL JOINTS OUT BECAUSE I CANNOT TRUST THE OTHER ONE. OR I WILL HAVE TO REPLACE BOTH CONTROL ARMS. SORRY I THINK QA1'S MIGHT BE BETTER. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK OUT YOUR REPLACEMENT PARTS REAL GOOD BEFORE PUTTING THEM ON. BOB
