Scheduling is pathetic. Apparently you have to give up 4 hours of your life for every appointment. Contact always leads to unhelpful computerized calls followed by agents that speck English so poorly that everything has to be repeated 3-4 times. Service people do great. But their support coordinating their work will kill this company. Recommend employees to leave before company dies.

Tip for consumers:
Pathetic scheduling and customer support. Almost impossible to get real person to help. Still have bug problems after service. Plan to go back to local company.
