If you're reading this - RUN AWAY from this company.
Their documentation is sub-par
Their customer service - doesn't care and doesn't know what they are talking about.
I tried to by replacement FEP's for my HALOT ONE PLUS, but they say they don't sell them, but they provide an extra FEP when you buy a new machine.
My printer began printing solid blocks of resin, no mater what STL file I use. It's been 19 days of back and forth emails - they cannot me why this is happening, nor have they provided me a solution. The latest of this ongoing saga is they told me to 're-update the firmware' (they didn't provide instructions on how to do this) - I found out that if you cannot re-update the firmware if you are on the current version. I have yet to hear back from them. In fact I have to 'pester them' for any kind of answer.
Here is an example of the kind of help you can expect: Dear customer, due to our New Year rest, sorry for not replying to you in time, there is no problem with the screen of your machine, you can re-update the firmware.
