Since our first call, Hostingsource customer service has been excellent. As a smaller client, we had lots of questions regarding domain setup and hosting options. These questions were answered both professionally and efficiently. Many hosts tend to focus their efforts on their bigger clients, however, I feel that they have been offered the same level of customer service.

They could not get a definite answer from who they hosted with or would take for ever before...
