I was stupid and did not look at reviews before buying from them. I was desperate for a makeup item that is no longer being made and found it on Zoxoro so i bought it! But obviously never received.
I have lodged this website with Consumer Protection Australia as they should not be allowed to keep selling here. I have also requested a refund from my Bank but who knows if that will be granted.
I just cant believe they have not been shut down already.
