I purchased a car and was promised all these repairs that would be covered and I had two claims that were supposed to be covered and both were denied I found out once you submit a claim and it's denied you can't go somewhere else for another estimate because once it's denied it's considered pre existing which is a bunch of crap but that's how they make their money you make your monthly payments and when it comes time for a repair if you haven't paid enough in they deny your claim and your stuck paying for the repair out of pocket even though they promised you it would be covered. There a bunch of crooks out about 700 dollars. They promised me a full refund if I signed an agreement letter that they said they via email and yet I haven't seen that either. Don't waste your money everything they tell you is a lie and unless you have the money to hire a lawyer your screwed unless you find a class action lawsuit against them which I'm looking for right now.
