I ordered a costume for my daughter and selected the option to have it "tailor made" to her measurements as she's quite petite. I provided the exact measurements requested. The costume arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but when she tried it on, it wasn't anywhere close to fitting her. The vest is too long and the skirt's waist was so big it almost falls off her. I reached out to them and after a few days they responded that they would give me a 10% credit to have it altered. Ummm... that is like $7.95 barely enough to have a button sewn on by a tailor. So then I asked to return the costume for a refund. I was told there would be a 20% restocking fee plus I have to pay to ship it back. To CHINA. Ummm... again, how is this good customer service? Are they planning to restock a "custom fit" costume? I've been asking every day for a better resolution - I'd even be willing to pay for shipping if they'd just refund my entire purchase price but no response to date.
