Ordered 3 umpire pants, 2 on sale, 1 reg price. Total was $129+ = free shipping. All good, right...?

Well... I got an "expected arrival date", rather than tracking#. Seemed strange... but I'm still on board at this point.

Then, the day my pants are supposed to arrive, I get an email stating that they be shipping within hours. BUT only 1 *******@reg price... and $12+shipping will be ADDED to my total!

Luckily I caught this switch-a-roo and emailed within the hour. I'm already in the process of protesting the credit charges, should they not be removed.

Most older fellows that umpire don't check email that often. Would be nicer if they actually made a phone call when they screw up, rather than adding additional shipping charges without the buyers consent.
