They seem to have a good concept here, and mostly good execution. Sadly, the software does not register the keystrokes correctly. Specifically, every time you type a double letter (like that "t" for instance, or the "l's" in "specifically"), typingtest.com cannot seem to recognize the second keystroke. This throws off the wpm count and also interferes with learning and with attempting to increase speed. The same thing happened if I hit the spacebar too quickly: typingtest.com could not handle it, and bogged down, waiting for me to hit the spacebar.
Add to all of this the fact that they have no obvious way to contact them to try to solve the problem, and I am out the door.
