Their signature app, Cardshark Collection, hasn't been updated for almost 2 years. The majority of their games are solitaire names that are well known, such as Klondike, Crescent, Pyramid and others. Solitaire players depend on, and want, a very few things from the games they play: consistency and more wins than losses. This collection delivers neither one. If fact, many of the games, at least this companies versions, are totally unwinnable, and I've been playing solitaire games for decades.

I've written several times using their "contact us" link with no response. Imagine that-no response from a company whose app hasn't been updated since September 2017.

If you're looking for a good suite of games that's enjoyable and provides more wins than opportunities to curse, look somewhere else.

This gaming site received a support request from me almost 3 months ago, and the problem still hasn't been fixed. Their horse racing game now has the top banner in the middle of the game, blocking the game and making play virtually impossible. The worst case of technical response -or literally non-response- that I've ever seen. Would give it ZERO stars if I could.

There is no worse site on the web than Seeking Alpha. Their iOS mobile app is 1000 times worse than the desktop version. They make it virtually impossible to report bugs, as email and pw is required, then you're informed it's incorrect. NOT!

Many decent writers have abandoned the site for greener pastures and though there are still a few articles worth reading, the majority are from uninformed people who don't know much about investing.

The recent iOS update made the already terrible experience almost completely intolerable.
