I received my bands, ordered five. All five were missing parts of the letters and some letters were faded! Waited two weeks for garbage! They promise happiness guarantee! I am not happy at all! Very poorly done. The people I spoke with were very nice but that doesn't help with the quality of the bands. Am awaiting a response from them. Either it's corrected in under a week or I want a refund! I give them one star
