Since the time I enrolled my son 3 months ago after paying full fees(from A1 to C2, GOLD membership), I have been facing multiple issues {technical issues, difficulty in reaching to the customer support/nor they call you back, allotting inappropriate batch (allotting 8 year old child along with middle aged adults), very fast teaching of the course without asking or making the students understands}.
The same guys were behind me calling even twice a day until I make the payment.
I would not recommend the service to anyone.
