I was shocked when they told me to get ready for my surgery at Dora Hospital. I did some research about this hospital and visited it in person. The surroundings, the hospital itself, inside, nurses and staff everything did not even deserve a one-star. That's why I said, "no" and quit this process. They never told me this upfront until a few hours before the surgery. Despite this, they refused to process my refund. They did not look professional and honest throughout my experience.
