I purchased a fire place grate from Plow & Hearth. I've ordered from them years ago and found the company to sell quality products with a very good customer service. Something has happened. I measured the fireplace incorrectly so needed to return my grate and order the correct size. I took full responsibility for my mistake. Everything about this return was difficult. Finding my order #, (no packing slip-order # not on any emails only tracking#) Trying to call to find out why my return amt to my credit card would be $30 less than I paid and the total charge for the purchase listed as less than what was charged to my credit card. My call was dropped/hung up on 3 times. It was difficult to understand the accent of the people in customer service, but I swear I was still polite, since I am well aware this is the only way to navigate this situation. Then when I tried to reorder the correct size and obtain the 20% credit advertised on the website as an automatic deduction, unable to resolve with customer service on the 4th call. I finally hung up and used a different company. I will NEVER again buy anything from Plow & Hearth.
