Hello All,
My name is Prashanth and I am writing this review because it might help someone to save spending their time and money on MindMajix. Before you come to a conclusion on taking a course from MindMajix, I would like to share my pathetic experience with Mindmajix, which will in turn help you to give a thought whether is it worth spending so much for the quality they give you?
I am from overseas but basically born and brought up in hyderabad. I planned to learn JBOSS and I was looking for best online training institutions in hyderbad for JBOSS. Finally, I found one i. E. MindMajix by going through the reviews which was given as good rating. It was my big blunder mistake i have done in my life by enrolling myself to the JBOSS training MindMajix at hyderbad only by looking into good reviews. I was going through their site and MindMajix claims that they deliver class with experience, professionality, guarantee and quality. But trust me, none of these qualities existing in MindMajix, which I have realized spending some time and money in pursuing online course with MindMajix, Hyderbad. It was my disastrous experience.
1) Whenever I try to interact with Mindmajix staff at hyderbad, to address my concerns, every time I call, it gets landed to different person and trust me these bunch of people in MindMajix hyderabad, are very unprofessional, adamant, dum fools and jokers. When you ask for a solution for your concern, I am sure that you wont get that.
Please find the list of jokers or bunch of dum fools.

Ii) Sruthi
Iii) Rakesh
Iv) Srikanth

2) There is a person named Mani who leads all these dum fools and jokers. Who doesnt even have basic skills to understand customer/students concerns and their requirement. These whole bunch of staff, including Mani lacks behind communication skills and have zero ability to address and find a solution to students or customers. I wondered people like him do exist and they are placed in a position where they can spoil the name of the institution.

3) These guys have promised me that they are going to assign me a best trainer and the course would be completed in span of 30 days. Finally, they asked me to make an initial half payment of RS *******/- before the course commenced and whole course fees is coming around RS 22,000/-. By looking into this fees structure, he really charge fees like a corporate. I looked into the course content; I could only see heading but no detail description under the heading of the heading content, which made me to feel strange.

4) The trainer whom they assigned to me is from Chennai. His name is Bala Murgan and he claims to be working for World Bank organization. My heights of pathetic experience started from here. Even though he claims that he working for a big organization, his communication skills was pathetic with broken English and in some cases while he was explaining, I used to get confused due to in ability to convey actually message. I used to ask him few real time issues, but unfortunately he always used to fail giving me the right answer to my questions. Even after that, I have explained this trainer about my situation and how badly I need this training to get completed. Finally, He has agreed to complete this training in 30 days. Later stages, every time I used to follow him up to know about the timings of his availability, moreover he never used to bother to update me about the timings. He promises me specific time after a couple of follow-ups and he used to skip the class. When I ask for a reason, Trainer used to say all his personal $#*! and he used post phone the class now and then, whenever he is used to take training sessions, he used to join either late or used to cancel the session without any further notice. After few days I got an email from trainer and Mindmajix staff (mounika) stating that 40 % course has been completed and Mounika was asking me to make balance payment of RS *******/-. I was shocked annoyed and frustrated because they have promised to get the course completed in 30 days and at the end, I only got 40% training completed in the span of 22 days. Even after I showed the chat conversation between me and trainer on how he used to skip class to MindMajix staff. They havent taken any action on a trainer. In spite of this, they were threatening me and asking to make the remaining payment, otherwise, they would not allow me to attend the further sessions. In return, I asked them a simple question How do you measure a course completion percentage when you dont have detail course description. In reply, they were not having an answer to my question. They are not even bothering about the status of the training sessions; moreover, they are worried about me making the remaining payment. I felt these people are unethical, unprofessional, and shameless and they are more interested in minting money from the people rather than delivering the best quality output to consumers. I feel bad, being a Hyderabadi, Institutions with the poor quality of service are still able to survive by fooling the public and minting money from them.

Conclusion, I strongly recommend you all not to invest your time and money on this kind of third rated Institutions. Trust me; you land up in losing money and time. I hope this review would help most of you people out there to take a wise decision before they commit.
