This was the first time and probably last time to deal with Ourshopee. I had purchased a bluetooth headfone from the site on 18-04-2021 (Order ID- OMR*******). The device was not functioning and I called the delivery guy to return it. He collected it on 05-05-2021 after repeated follow up. Surprisingly, there is no call center number which works for this site in Oman! Even if we call the number provided on the website, nobody will answer. Since 05th May, I am waiting for my money to be refunded. I surprisingly got a call from office before 10 days informing me that I will receive an email from them for my account number... I AM STILL WAITING THE EMAIL!. People do online shopping to make shopping easier... not to make their life hell!. Atleast have a good customer service number which answers calls. Thanks.
