Hello. I am from USA and I have purchased Badminton Shuttlecock from this company 'Anhui Delo Feather Co., Ltd.' and I gave my specifications exactly for my product and chatted with them multiple times if their product exactly meet my specifications. I have asked them to send me the samples and i paid money for that. Most of the suppliers at least give free samples when you want to try their products. I spend lot of money in giving free samples to my customers. This company is arrogant enough not to give free samples and also shipped me inferior product which doesn't meet my specifications in spite of checking with them multiple times. I checked the product and requested for refund. Instead they did not accept their mistake and started talking trash language to me. I request you guys to stay away from this company. Your money is never safe if you deal with them.
