We ordered 3 Aeron chairs in total.
The first one was good, Aeron size B as ordered. We kept it.
The second one was a size B again... but we had ordered a size C.
So I addressed this to customer service.
Instead of apologizing, their customer service agent was extremely rude and unfriendly. I told them that I would have expected a word of apology... instead, she wrote: "Action speak louder than words. Would like to change the chair or not? Please clarify." I had clarified in my first email already that I wanted to return the chair.
Because in the meantime, we had ordered a third chair, also size C.
Again, they delivered a size B!
I addressed this to their customer service again.
Her is their answer: "You don't want size C either so why complain about which chair we sent?"
I never said that I didn't want a size C either.
This lady was just being rude and extremely unfriendly - and I am still waiting for their return label.
So, I can only say. As long as you order and keep whatever they seem fit to send you, you're fine. If you want the items your ordered and tell them that they sent the same wrong item twice, you're being treated like garbage. It's really not easy to return these chairs. The boxes are enormous and heavy... and still... no apology.
Stay away from this company! They only give you a hard time.
