The product probably works just fine, but it doesn't appear to work on a MacBook. So I tried to contact the number on their website to get refund. No dice: the number is apparently for T-Mobile sales. And the "customer support" number? Well, apparently not in service. And to date to response to my request for a refund. The conclusion? Software probably OK but sales and service are ABYSMAL.COM.
