“Still waiting for a return authorization number to return items after numerous days!”

I contacted the company a few days ago and have left voice mails and two e-mail postings to obtain a "return authorization number"---still haven't heard from anyone! If I don't hear soon, I will contact the Better Business Bureau and other reporting sites. Unfortunate if the prior complaints I've read about their return policy are accurate. I ordered 7 panels of semi sheer 84 inch panels. They were great sending them to me within days...
