Hello
On a recent visit to the Napanee store, there was a huge line-up of customers waiting in line. The self check out where full.
After standing in line for 20 plus minutes I shouted out " How about a second cashier". What I took for a some kind of middle management type came over and lectured me on my rude behaviour. Then he went on to explain that he had two employees that booked off for funeral and he couldn't find replacements.I asked if he was we qualified to run a cash register, which he replied no.
1. I don't appreciate being lectured to.
2. Management are so worried about profit that they wouldn't have a relief employee or and extra employee that could fill in, given that's it's the business busiest time of year. Christmas.
3. What ever happened to management being able to pitch in and fill a position when needed, thing of the past I guess.
You have lost a long time customer with this substandard service.

Went to both your stores in SSM this am and found out you don't have the Halloween 100 of Hershey...
