At a recent visit to the Bone Fish in Trinity Florida for a special two-couples event at our invitation, two of the dinner came out of the kitchen in proper order; however, the other two (women's choice) came out of the kitchen cold (not room temperature, but part was refrigerator cold). The waitress return the two cold dinners, but the men were forced to eat or have their meals turn cold. Both men finished their dinners, and 30 minutes later (8:00 pm) the women's meal was finally served. The manager of the facility tried to rectify this unfortunate situation with wine and an adjusted bill. The manager was great as was the waitress, but the kitchen staff needs some serious remedial training. We will visit the Bone Fish facility in Clearwater on July 5th to compare the difference. The proof of purchase is in the possession of the other couple who paid for the meals.
