Sorry to say:

I usually do not say negative things about Doctors and Facilities, however, this time I will make it short and to the point.

My spouse and I were recommended to this doctor from the Weber Cancer Center! So, we made an appointment with this Great Lakes Cancer Management Specialists. We just moved all our doctors either to Henry Ford Macomb or Ascension St. Johns only to find out that this facility and Dr. Elon Knoll, MD has a lot to be desired. May I add we left Karmanos Cancer Institute to move to this facility!

Highlights of this upsetting appointment:

Professionalism:
This Doctor strongly tends to be his way, and if the patient is on drugs that this doctor does not like will scar you not to take these drugs. With out seeing or understand just why the patient is on these drugs. You have to weigh the good and bad points in this case the patient already knew these issues.

Then if this doctor does not get their way with you this doctor will tell you doctor will state "You do not trust his decision"

Attitude:
This doctor seems to be too sure of himself. My paperwork that I give this doctor seems that he did not even look over assumed to be intimidated. Doctor goes on defensive quickly. Does not care about my concerns in the initial appointment.
Doctor appears not concerned about my condition or did not listen to what I was saying. (Doctors body language).

Experience:
This doctor tends to have lack of experience that show thru his body movements.

Summary:
This doctor should learn to listen to his patients more than just then slamming them around and should move into a seasoned doctor group to attain more experience in dealing with patients.

If you are older person; "65+ years old, or a veteran, well-educated" "I do not recommend this doctor". Go find another doctor or facilities to work with.

(Important Imformation on this facility)

Doctors maybe excellent in what they do, however, patients see more of the medical staff, and patients are (customers) form a option about doctors from how the "Medical staff" handles patients (customers) at doctors' practice. I am not saying that this Doctor is poor and/or middle of the road, but you have to rate by how the medical Staff handles their roles at this office. My option may not count - but my rating is: "Disappointing".

You might check around and compare other doctors in this type of practice.

Might try the other Karmanos Cancer Institutes out I am not saying that they are any better! I terminated the Karmanos McLaren center, because of the office staff way of handling their patients., and elected to find a Ascension Doctor and facilities.

Comments:
Our family used to have all doctors at McLaren for 4-5 years until we figured out that the Office Staff and a few doctors do not meet or come up to the McLaren standards.

Our family started to look around for other medical facilities and elected to settle on Ascension after looking into Henery Ford, Beamont medical facilities.

If you find great Doctors, Hospitals, Medical facilities "Do not Stray away from them, because the grass is not greener over there.

If we could give them a ZERO, we would have.

Choice Hotels Corporate Report: (2nd Time Posting)
Nothing but the truth stated here:

As it stands today, I am so unhappy that I made a reservation with: "Choice Hotel" for the Comfort Inn and filled out their Choice Hotel Visa signature card that is serviced by Barclay Bank as well! I am thinking cancelling my reservation and go to another Motel (Marriott or the Holiday Inn) because of Choice Hotels and Barclay Bank.

Sorry, that I requested a Choice Hotel VISA signature Card we do have many other Credit Cards. We have been with Choice Hotels since 2014 and we also get the same type of treatment on other reservations calls and now with their VISA signature card. We have a very high FICO score only to find out in my membership and my VISA Credit Card have been denied (rejected)! (My Debt -to- Asset's ratio score: "4% Debt - 96% Assets)".

Not the way to treat your customers.

Also, they should stop advertising apply for your VISA Card.
This Choice Hotel and the signature card is nothing but a BIG JOKE.

You know the best type of advertising is the back porch!
(One person says something bad about a firm to another person and they remember that and pass it on to someone else and add some more comments to the statements - soon then your firm starts start's getting less Stars or Points until you have no more).

COMMENT:
1. Hotel Choice reservations is nothing but a BIG JOKE.
2. Also, you should stop advertising apply for our VISA Card.
3. We feel that your firm should either; Merge -or- Sell to someone else or close your business doors.

What a nightmare - we are so unhappy that we made a reservation with: "Hotel Choice" and filled out a Hotel Visa signature card with them - to a point that we cancelled our reservations, and booked with other motels in Three other cities

Reservations Folks:
You should go to another reservation center to book your motel stays! (It just not worth your time, money, and effort) then to stay with Choice Hotels.
