I purchased some Sat phone credits from this company as I had done in the past with no problems. Then in the middle of a multi day hike I was unable to use my phone. I spent hours trying to use the phone which was working the day before. Unable to reach my contact I was worried I would be reported as missing due to my call not being made. After returning home I found nasty emails from this company stating I had tried to cancel my credit card payment. Of course I hadn't. They had blocked my phone! More nasty emails followed from satphonecity.com. Ln the end I lost my credits and they blamed me for a credit card (paypal) issue. Hey satphonecity.com why didnt you just call me instead of putting my life at risk?
