I paid for a course in 2020. Covid happened and I forgot about it. I logged into the portal to finish the course but it wasn't available. I reached out to the company to ask to have it added and they told me I had to pay an extra $200. That's crazy. They have a no refund policy. I'm not asking for a refund, just the course work. They say registration is only good for a year but this isn't on their website.
