It's a bank scam, the representatives of this company called me and offered to open an offshore bank account with them, the jurisdiction of this bank is not very clear and the remote account opening for a fee is quite suspicious. I had a similar experience with a fake financial institution (Euro Deniz IBU) and I am guessing that these are the same guys from Belarus. Those guys stole money from my clients anyways some reviews on line about them on the net.
