From Best Nest. I bought a Purple Martin Barn Jan.2023. When I went to build the house AFTER I HAD IT COMPLETED. I found the snaps on the MIDDLE FLOOR SECTION was not there to keep the doors closed. The manufacturer has a folder inside the box the barn came in. It gives a number to call if there's missing parts. Which 1 1/2 weeks ago I DID CALL & left a message. Then I never received a call back… I called again 1 1/2 weeks later & once again left another message TWICE. I called that number listed on the directions 4 times till I reach a person. I was told they could not exchange the house I had to call the SELLER "" WHICH I DID"" immediately… The seller BEST NEST explained to me I only had 5 days to report to them that all the parts were not there. This IS NOT A PART. This is the actual floor that didn't have the clip built into it to secure the doors from opening. So I guess I lost $250.00 & I'll have NO NEW HOUSE for my PURPLE MARTINS … return in a few weeks. YES THIS PRODUCT IS USA MADE… WHAT A HORRIBLE WAY to treat a customer that I've purchased 6 of these S&K PURPLE MARTIN HOUSES… And I receive one that's not manufactured correctly.I sent the first photo that shows NO CLIP WAS NOT MANUFACTURED CORRECTLY. The second photo shows the door with the clip. The 3rd phot shows NO CLIP. That clip is VERY IMPORTANT. It keeps the doors closed in windy weather conditions "" No where in the instruction sheet does it say you only have 5 days to report any manufacturing issues with this product. It tells you to contact their number which I did 5 times before reaching a person & not just leaving my number with no return calls..
