Awful. They try to scam you by getting you to call them because your reservation is in hold so when you call they can charge you more separately for another flight. These reviews have been compromised. Trust your gut - this is a SCAM AND FRAUD travel agency located in either the UK or India. I cancelled my credit card just in case, since I gave them my info.
