Bought a snow blower from Heartland America for $27.99. Called manufacturer &was told that it was refurbished so 2 yr warranty no longer valid. New would have been $21. Add in Catalogue didn't mention that it was refurbished.

I purchased an item from the website and to my surprise I get and email from a representative...
