Don't let their fake personality fool you. They are all about trying to sell you more procedures and services. If you have kids they will start talking about braces almost all the time because that is a money maker for them. They allowed my condition to go on without even making me aware until it was too late. They likely wanted that big money to fix it rather than prevent it.

The office manager comes off as nice, but once you have an issue all of a sudden the whole office shows their true colors. They will band together and back each others lies up, including the dentist. They provide poor dental work and their mistakes will cause you pain like they did to me.

Lucky I was able to see a real professional dentist who doesnt have rude staff with fake happy faces that will turn on you at the drop of a hat when something goes wrong. The other dentist was able to fix it and stop the pain. My smile looks good now and you cant even tell this happened thanks to good dentistry and no thanks to Serenity Dental Studio in Gulf Shores. They can deny they did me wrong all they want, because lying is second nature to them. I am just putting this out here to help the next person avoid what I had to go through with this unprofessional office.
