I ve used these DIY vape concentrates suppliers a few times. I was drawn to them by there cheap prices. This is one business that exemplifies "you get what you pay for".
From day one its been challenging dealing with them. Many irregularities with product descriptions. The final straw for me was they were selling a Cowboy tobacco flavouring by TFA/TPA. I figured I would add it to my extensive inventory of tobacco flavours. Well they sent me a bottle of Cowboy flavouring from Flavour Arts. Well to me this is a shipping error. I contacted the company. I spoke with Chris the "owner". By email. Well Chris proceeded to call me "whiney Bee Otch" and tell me Im always complaining, and I do complain because he damn well screws up all the time... Chris tells me I should be happy with the incorrectly advertised product he was selling on his site. The Flavour Arts are a way better brand that TFA/TPA and Im not going to fix his error. I mentioned to Chris that perhaps I already have 2 large bottles of Cowboy Blend from Flavour Arts and thats why I ordered the TFA/TPA flavours.
Interestingly enough, Chris changed the description on his website to show the flavouring was Flavour Arts and not TPA/TFA. I ve come across many billing errors, many false promises of him matching lower prices from competitors and things that I as the PAYING customer made allowances for. This guy is a carny and has that approach to issues. He takes but never gives. Im his biggest complaining customer who has pointed out many glaring issues with his business dealings and he blames me for not wanting the wrong product shipped that was improperly described on his website.

Many other reputable vendors out there who proof read their sites and whose software doesn't miscalculate your bill. Sites that dont insult you for bringing obvious issues to their attention. Sites that dont use invasive software to gather information thats very confidential from your computer. Be wary of chasing the cheapest price out there. These guys are more than welcome to give their version of events but on a stack of any bibles I ll be telling the truth...
