BLUEDART is the most expensive courier service but doesnt deliver in promised timeline, customer service also provides no resolution. I had an urgent package coming in and obviously it was important to get it on time hence huge charges paid. The package was even out for delivery and i waited all day but the bluedart agent did not deliver. He did not even call me. I just saw a tracking update next day that due to rain package could not be delivered. But there were no rains in my city at all. He just made up a false excuse. I complained to customer service next day and requested delivery as it was a very important package, already delayed. They promised but again same thing. The package was out for delivery and i waited whole day. The customer service refused to contact the delivery agent to expedite my delivery. Whats the use of a package if its not delivered when its needed?
