I purchased 2 dresses mid March. I haven't received them yet. Their track information is poor and is in Chinese. When I translated the information it didn't tell me anything. I understand the pandemic slowed shipping but customer service should be more help to tell you what process and expected date of arrival.
I get emails almost everyday to buy more things but why would I if I haven't gotten the 3 things I've ordered. I've asked about a refund but you only get 50% back. If you cancel an order. I'm stuck!
