I bought this for my husband for Christmas. It was supposed to be a really special gift. While ordering it, I talked to someone via the online chat to ask about sizes since there were none available. I was told it was it was a one size fits all. I decided that it would be ok since he's a pretty average size. I made it clear it was for my husband. So I ordered it. It came in quicker than expected which is fantastic. However, and see picture below, it was for a small child. It might have fit a three year old. I wasn't mad at all, I called customer service figuring there was just a mix up. It took her 10 minutes before I asked her if she wanted my order number. She just kept repeating that it just says one size fits all, that she doesn't know what she wants from me. I finally ask for a manager. She told me she would have to call them on the manager line, and that it would be a wait. I said that it was fine. I was on hold for one hour. She would pick up every 20 minutes to make sure I still wanted to wait but phrasing it in a way that seemed like she was just seeing when I would tap and give up. I finally asked her after an hour if there was a manager in the office I could speak to. She told me that there wasn't one I could talk to and that I would have to continue waiting. I agreed. After the hour I found another number that I thought would connect me to someone else so I hung up. Not a minute after she calls me back saying that she spoke to the manager and asked if I ordered the one with the yellow or white draw strings because one of them is a child's size and the other is an adults. I explained, again, that I had gotten the black and red one with red draw strings and she responded with 'so it is the one with the yellow or white draw strings '. This went back and forth for a minute and I asked to speak to that manager she had just spoken to and she stated that she was trying to connect me but I hung up so I'll have a very long wait again. I told her that I'm losing my patience and that I will call back tomorrow. I was kind and polite the entire time and didn't want to start yelling so I called back two days later and decided I wanted a refund instead. Which they eventually gave me after not being willing to discuss the option of exchanging or explaining to me why it was a child's size when it said nothing about being a juniors or even pictured as such. I'm not normally one to complain about anything. I just wanted the right gi that can be used for my husband as this would've been perfect for him. I'm really disappointed that we won't be getting it and I won't be doing business with this company again.

I went to post this review as well on their site and they wouldn't post it. No apology or anything, just am email saying it didn't meet guidelines. That product has zero reviews on it, and now I know why. Below is a link to the product.

Don't waste your time returning if you had to get another debit card due to fraud. They refuse to...
