Ordered a few random parts and pieces (phone mount, charger, charging adapter) after 2 weeks I inquired as to why I hadn't received a shipping notification, received a reply the next day (which was good) stating that the order would ship within the next 2 days. Another week goes by, still no shipping notification, go on their online chat and was met with what could best be described as indifference. The rep sold me some line about "my order never made it to the shipping department due to a computer glitch" and then attempted to assure me it would be shipped out the following Monday. I requested the order be cancelled and voiced my frustrations in vain. I'll be shocked if I see my refund which the rep said would be processed "on Monday". My guess would be I'm going to end up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Disgusting customer service and horrible business practices. AVOID!
