Had My Money Stolen And Terrible Customer Service!
I bought an xbox live gold code for the UK and received a faulty code that wasn't for the UK.
After I reported it I had to jump through a few hoops and talk to the Microsoft service team to gather evidence, after that we just went round in circles. I was asked to send them the same evidence multiple times untill the emails went stale and they just started ignoring me, so I opened up another complaint, just for the exact same thing to happen again.
I then opened up a complaint with CJS CD Keys directly and had a more official line of emails only for the same thing to happen again!
It's now been nearly two months since buying the code, no replacement and no refund, just being blanked.
I'm now having to go through my bank to try and get my money back.
It might seem more convenient and cheeper to buy from CJS CD keys but for the small amount of money your saving and the risk you're taking if something goes wrong, I highly recomend you just go to the shops and spend your money where you know you're not going to be robbed or scammed.
