It was my first experience with this private one-man business. I found the product I badly needed, paid the price and international shipping (I am abroad now) and got confirmation of the purchase the next day. About three weeks later I inquired about the status of my order and it turned out the item I paid for had not been shipped! And they did not bother to let me know. They refused to provide any explanations other than "I will tell you later" (honest!) and promised to refund. Did they keep the promise? Not really. So more emails and more questions resulted in the response that the refund was transferred. Was it really? NO! Only after I took actions following the guidelines of Customer Protection program and emailed a complaint to the store outlining further course of actions they refunded me. They did not bother to explain, nor offered sincere apologies, nor tried to resolve it somehow (I was friendly and indicated that I NEEDED that item). I do not understand why I was treated that way, really. I believe they just wanted to keep my money, that is all. So stay alert and stay away!
