This is the 6th item that I purchased in a row and want to return, but was required to use store credit again because Baltic Born doesn't give refunds. I would absolutely return it because I cannot wear it. I will never spend anymore money with shipping a store credit item at this store because nothing that has come is decent, and the collective shipping of store credit replacement items has cost more than one item from Baltic.

This sweater arrived with a RANCID SMELL such as in a humid climate that creates mildew. I paid more money to get it professionally cleaned and the smell is still there. This company and I are both in a dry climate, so this is obviously not the reason. Also, this item has NO SEAMS ON THE EDGES and UNEVEN CUTS on these edges. The "oatmeal" color is a yellow brown and NOT AS SHOWN in the picture. Poorly made and handled.

I purchased 7 items for holiday gifts and none of them can be worn.The arms on the women's small size are too long for a mens size large. Their clothing items are completely different colors and materials than the sales images they show. I have real pictures. They also do not accept returns for this bait and switch business practice, even though this is a felony in the United States. The items took over 6 weeks to arrive, and they supposedly only allow returns within 15 days, but then even though the items are not as pictured, they require you to pay return shipping to China, which is more money than the items cost. I have to just throw everything away because the only women they might fit would be 6 foot 5 inch or more, and 100 pound women and they would not wear this HORRIBLE and completely different material.
