Our experience with Laterem Group was extremely disappointing. They presented themselves as professionals but failed to deliver on their promises. They lied on all fronts misrepresenting their skills, project portfolio, experience and qualifications. Communication was a constant struggle, and they often ignored our inquiries, leaving us in the dark about the progress of our project. Financially, it was a mess; they mismanaged our payments, leaving subcontractors unpaid and causing delays. The quality of work was subpar, and we were left with a botched renovation. All in all, Laterem Group's lack of transparency, financial irresponsibility, and poor workmanship make them a company to avoid.
