"A gun mat I paid for never arrived. I paid extra for the insurance too. Buds Guns Shop customer service rep told me they will only help if I have the shipping boxes from everything else that arrived. They were of course in the trash. Ridiculous but true. DO NOT PAY FOR THAT INSURANCE! Its a scam! I have now spent close to $2000 at this online store. I told them a week ago that they need to make this right or I will be shopping elsewhere. They dont seem to care. This is in reference to order #******* where I paid an extra $47.75 for the full refund for items lost /damaged during shipping. P.S. The customer service rep gave me an email to respond to that does not exist as the icing on the cake. Here was their respone, notice the wrong email they told me to respond to (****@****)...
