I ordered something in early December, by January it still hadn't shipped, so I reached out to see what was going on assuming it was a fluke. They said it had been lost in the mail and that they would send a replacement. Three weeks later, the tracking number for the replacement said the same thing as the original order: "label created, not yet shipped." I reached out again and asked what was going on, they said it was going to ship soon. Another week or so went by and I said I needed a refund immediately (I had already ordered the product from a different site) and then they gave me a FAKE tracking link with a completely different order number that said it was delivered, which obviously wasn't true.
