In 2006 I purchased a CPA / CPE course from Bisk Education / CPEasy.com called Mastering IRC 401(k) plans. I thought it was about the most disorganized, poorly written, worst course I had seen in many years. I sent Bisk CPEasy an email or two, and a call to complain and object. No response to my complaint to Bisk Education / CPEasy. Over the next couple years I received two or three sales calls from Bisk / CPEasy sales staff trying to sell more to me. In each case, I stated that I would not do business with them again until someone addressed the prior problem and complaint. Again I requested a phone call or email or letter. A simple apology would have been better than nothing. Again, no response in three years to many requests. In my opinion, their bad course is only exceeded by their terrible, horrible customer service. In my opinion, these people are scum who absolutely do not care about their customers or their own lousy reputation. Do not buy anything from Bisk Education aka CPEasy.com. It would be hard for me to have a lower opinion or write a worse review. I have a bad opinion and this is a bad review of Bisk Education aka CPEasy.
