First, they lie about being a specific cryptocurrency exchange support team (i. E. claiming they are "Binance Support," as in, they work directly for Binance - which they don't.) Then, establish control of the conversation by talking over you and stating their requirements. They will *insist* on remote accessing (and controlling) your computer. Finally, they hide the screen while "helping you" and take as much of your money and information as they can while they lie more and stall you. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO REMOTE INTO YOUR PC! They will be VERY convincing.
Next, if you've already been victimized, they'll call you back from a private number (no caller ID,) they'll tell you they want to return the funds they removed (stole) the 1st time and insist that they need to remote access and control your computer AGAIN. (Clearly, all they really want to do is steal more of your funds.) If they wanted to return the funds they stole, all they would need is a deposit address for the wallet they stole it from. They'll lie about some form that needs to be filled out in some 'app' in order to gain remote access to your PC when CLEARLY there are online document signing services that could be used.
Lastly, the positive review on Trustpilot is fake and poorly written - as is their website in much the same manner. It's all a scam... someone should prosecute them in whatever country they're in and throw them in prison.
